When are my points credited to my account?

Your points are credited to your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account within a maximum of seven days for eligible stays at participating hotels.. When you complete an order on Limitless Experiences or Collections, your points will be credited to your account within 60 days. And when you complete a transaction or any other service with one of our partners, your points will be credited to your account within 6 weeks.

After that time, if your points have not been credited:

  1. Go to « Your Support space » on all.accor.com
  2. Click at the top right on « Log in » and enter your email address or your ALL card number and your password to log in
  3. Select the topic for your request: « ALL »
  4. Select the reason: « Report missing points after a stay » or « Report missing partner points » to send us your request

You have up to 6 months from the date of your stay, transaction or purchase to claim missing points.
